Legal Question in Business Law in China
Hello my boss is in china doing business as far as manufacturing clothing.
He opened up office in china but having issues with factory owner.
They had an argument over payment issue and now they are threatening him
If there's no payment until certain date they come thrash his place.
He's considering calling u.s embassy to come and protect him bur the problem is
He's in china just with traveling visa and he's operating business with out legal license.
Is it good idea for him contact u.s embassy

He can turn to the local police for help if the factory owner threat his physical safety.He also can contact u.s. embassy,but I don't think that would give him much help.Of course his illegal business operating behavor would be punished,maybe some fine.
