Please kindly advise the difference between Joint Venture Contract and Articles of Association.

Articles of Association (now called Constitution) set out the terms that govern the Company and form the basis of the agreement between the Company and its shareholders.
A Joint Venture Contract is the terms of agreement between two or more joint venturers.
