Legal Question in Business Law in China
A German co. (seller) agreed to deliver 3 software programs to Chinese co. (buyer). They were specially designed for the buyer�s business. The first one delivered in January worked fine, but the second one delivered in February was defective. It not only failed to work properly, but also made the other two programs effectively worthless.
Qn; what remedies were available to the buyer?

The buyer can require the seller to give back the money he have taken from the buyer and to compensate the loss he incured.
