Reselling Replica Nike Shoes
I found a place in China that manufacturers replica Nike shoes. Are these legal to resell in the United States? They say I can put any logo or picture on them and even take the Nike logo off the shoe. Are they legal with the logo if I tell my customers that they are replicas?

The short answer is, you can sell them in the US if you can sneak them past customs without getting caught, until Nike gets wind of it and sues the pants off you and the shoes get forfeited and buried in a landfill. Bad, bad idea. Find something else to invest in.
Maybe if they're good shoes you can brand them yourself.

These are illegal to be manufactured, and illegal to be sold in the US. If you sell fake NIKE products in the US, you could be arrested and charged with selling counterfeit products. This is true even whether or not the shoes have the NIKE logo or if they remove the NIKE logo. Even if remove the logo but they are copies, this is still a violation of US Intellectual Property laws.
