Legal Question in Family Law in China

HI. I am married and live with a foreginer (ukraine) in China, I am also a foreginer (jordan), and we had a baby here. We have had some issues in our marriage lately and to try to solve this, I let her go on a holiday to her see her family in her home country so we could think about our situation. But now she says she and the baby won't come back to me in in china. I am devistated and I don't know what to do. What can I do? What rights do I have as the father and when she is in her home country? Thanks

Your situation sounds very difficult. The best chance I can think of for you, outside of reconciliation with your wife, would be to file a petition with the embassy of Jordan and Ukraine. You may even try the Chinese embassy, but I doubt they will get involved.
