Legal Question in Family Law in China

i got married two years back. I staying in india for the past two years and my husband in US. After two weeks of marriage he went to US and never returned back. He is a student in US and asked me to come ther and earn some money on dependent visa. I said i dont come to US. We had small fights regarding his mother. I stayed with my mother in law and brother in law (unmarried). But my husband's brother started tourturing me and my mother in law was harassing me for money. When i told this to my husband he started fighting and said he give divorce. After some days i asked him for divorce but he is not giving me. He said he will come to india and then we can proceed further. he is not giving reply to my mails and i didnt even know whether he is in US or In india. Atlast, when i told him that i will come to US and stay with him,he is not responding. Now i am staying in My mother's home. Please tell me what to do???

why dont you file domestic violence case against the family including yr husband? what happiness you are getting/ waiting to get even after yr husband is away for 2 yrs just after marriage? and I dont know whether he will be still single or not. i guessed from your mail that yr are independent and earning some money, then look forward and start a new life with all your loving family and a new guy. Life is long way friend. Teach them a lesson.
