Legal Question in Federal Tort Claims in China

I am a british citizen currently living in china I am under a serious fraud situation , my ex-wife who is a chinese citizen has somehow managed to convict the district court in my area to make a form which says that they can take my house and car leaving me and my daughter on the streets, I am unable to contact any legal lawyers in my area due to the fact that they are all connected with my ex-wife and her new founded lover who happens to be a policeman, they have forged my name illegally and whilst getting divorced , i was provided with a corrupted lawyer who cheated me out of all my money, a so-called friend advised her , she happened to be close friends which the head of the court, all my phones are tapped and I am unable to work due to rumors being spread within my workplace. All my bank accounts in england are empty as my ex-wife has been bouncing off checks here and there. the british embassy will not help, I don't know what to do, how can I stop them from taking my house and car, is there any protection for fraud victims in china - shenzhen? Or law firms in hong kong which had a conditional fee system or legal aid grant?? please any advice would be most welcome . thank you
