Legal Question in Civil Litigation in China
contract
An agent set me up with a School in China .The shool requested paperwork from me .I provided what they requested and then signed a contract with them .When I arrived at the School they informed me that the paperwork was not sufficient and that I cannot legaly work in China .They are refusing to pay me ,pay a breach penalty and or fly me home .
