in traditional way as is done in
Kancheevaram. Kancheevaram
sarees are popular for its unique
qualities, which is known to origin
from a place called kancheevaram
in India. Whether the Chinese can
claim protection under intellectual
property rights. Discuss with
reference to relevant fields of
intellectual property laws.
