My brother got his 5th or 6th dui in Colorado. What punishment is he looking at? He can't afford an attorney.

In most jurisdictions in Colorado he is looking at a minimum of 6 months -- and most likely a year. Some counties have work release programs or other multiple offender programs that could help his situation. He should apply for a public defender if he cannnot afford a private lawyer as he has significant exposure to a very lengthy jail sentence.
