Legal Question in Administrative Law in Colorado

Dual Powers of Attorney

My mother has Durable Power of Attorney over my Alzheimer's-diagnosed grandmother. My mother has now moved out of the state and we are seeing a need for me to have decision making authority regarding my grandmother's healthcare. Since my mother holds the POA, can she designate me as a ''co'' Power of Attorney?
