Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

There is an easement on my land which allows my neighbor passage to his property which is land locked. My neighbor built a raised driveway over my land without my permission. Since my neighbor modified my land without my permission, do I have any recourse? Can I restore my land to its original feature without informing my neighbor?

Dear Landowner,

First, review the easement to make sure it does not grant to holder the right to build the raised driveway (I doubt it). If it does not, then you can remove it and charge your Neighbor for the cost.
