Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Colorado
If i lose a dental malpractice suit can i be sued by the winning party.

If you try the malpractice case and lose you may be ordered by the court to pay the litigation costs of the dentist. This would not be a separate lawsuit, but would be a motion at the end of the trial when the winning party files a bill of costs with the court.
