If an employee has a known debilitating disease and has missed work due to the flare ups of the disease and has asked for an accommodation at work and is not being questioned about her absences and told she is being defensive about her request for accommodations. She is also being told by HR they talked to in house counsel about her. They have never offered her the FMLA paperwork and her MS is known. What should she do?
