Injurious Reliance

Under injurious reliance, what are remedies available if a promisor repudiated a contract.

When one party to a contract breaches it, the non-breaching party is entitled to his actual monetary loss plus any additional penalties which may be provided for in the agreement itself.

If the breach is willful, punitive damages may be awarded.
