Legal Question in Administrative Law in Colorado
Hello i sold my car a few days ago and the person who bought it doesn't want it anymore and wants their money back. Before we sold it we both signed a bill of sale that i was selling the car as is. Can they do anything about it if i dont give them their money back?

As long as you are 1) a private seller, and 2) commited no fraud or misrepresentations, then no, they can't do much. They can sue, but on the facts as you present them, they will have a hard time prevailing.
