Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Colorado

no clue

ok so i was in a car that had been pulled over. the driver was sighted for posetion of less than once. i was also sighted. but i had nothing on me and had not somcked one bit. i had taken a UA that read negitive wich said i had not smocked or posesed. i still was found gilty by association. Is there any thing wrong with that.

Were you convicted by a jury at trial, or did you just plead guilty? If you had a jury trial, how long was it? Mere presence is not enough, merely by itself, to support a conviction.
