is there any way to get past offences expunged or possibly get past trials reheard. the offences are 4 years old. one was a DV that was dropped to assault that was differed. 3 months later was arrested for shoplifting with a person that was stealing who got off for reason of insanity (he suffered from kleptomania). i lost the case in court and both went on my criminal record.

The shoplifting can likely be sealed after 10 years. The DV deferred can be dismissed NOW if you did eveything right.
