Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Colorado

I need an excellent appellant lawyer

we signed 3 contracts in a real state transaction. The seller now claims that he did not aware of the deal, and he did not get the money. Even though the trial court found that he did participate in the deal, and he did get the money, the judge ruled that we should give him back the house and money. -

I could not believe Colorado law or US law should allow such. I came from China, and veryone believes China does not have the law as US. But I can tell that this situation is not going to happen in China. Now we have to appeal: please help me find a very good lawyer - The leason I learned from the past 3 years is that it does not matter whether you are right or wrong, but it does matter whether you have a better lawyer.
