Intentity theft v. embezzlement within banking
Is identity theft as oppose to embezzlement a defense that allows a bank or credit card company to return or waive moneys stolen to the ''victim'' or owner of the accounts? In otherwords, so that the victim or owner is not responsible for someone else stealing from him?
