Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Colorado

24 hour parole search is it legal

15 hours after my husband a parolee was picked up from our house only the police came to search our house while they were there they said they found some drugs. I never saw any. I'm wondering what the time limit if any they have to do a search and does the parole officer have to be present?
