Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Colorado
I filed Bankruptcy last year March 2009, it was eventually discharged, recently today 03/10/2010 I recieved a call at work from an agency called Crime central of america stating they were representing a loan company quickcashnet and they were issueing judgement against me in the amount of 5000.00 also threated to tell my employer that because the loan wasnt paid It was considered as being theft. I immediately informed the associate aka John Black who sounded like he was calling from india that I had been discharged through a bankruptcy court, he insisted on me either arranging a payment or contacting an attorney. Do consumers like my self have rights after filing for bankrupcty and being discharged? And how can I stop companies from frauding trying to collect money I no longer Owe.

You should file a complaint with the state (assuming they are licensed) and consider filing suit for violation of the discharge. Assuming this was a no-asset case, all dischargeable debts are discharged and any attempt to collect on these debts violates the order.
Contact an attorney. The other possibility is that this is one of the myriad of scams which you should ignore.
