Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Colorado
i received a summons from a voluntary car repposition I can not pay the full amount they said I own what should I respond, at this time can I try to contact the bank to make payment arrangement? . in the past I send a letter to tell them my financial situation, the only anwer I get was a full payment letter and two months later the summons for the cort, can you help me on this matter, I m in colorado state
