Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Colorado
Do I have any recourse to the firm whos paraleagal gave me wrong advice in a chapt. 13 case I payed for them to handle?

Yes you have recourse. First, a paralegal cannot practice law and if they advised you regarding the law without attorney supervision (depending on the facts), they may have been illegally practicing law. Second, you may be able to sue for negligence or breach of contract. Finally, again depending on the facts, you can file a claim with the Colorado bar claiming that they practiced law without a license and the state will investigate.
I strongly recommend that you speak with an attorney regarding the claims and your bankruptcy matter.
