Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Colorado
how many years after filing a business bankruptcy would I be able to file a personal bankruptcy, is there a different wait time from filing a personal bankruptcy to another personal bankruptcy versus a business to persona?

Depending on how your business is set up, you may be a separate entity from your company. The general rule is that there has to be 8 years between each ch 7, when you get into other chapters the rules are a little more complicated. You should definitely seek the assistance of an attorney with such a complicated situation.
