Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
I have just accepted a position with a new company and have turned in my letter of resignation to my current employer. I have a sigened letter of acceptance with the new employer and i' am in my last week of employment at my current job. Well I recieved a call today from the new employer and they are telling me that some things have changed in company and are now offering me the same position at a different location, well this would cahnge my commute time by over 40 min and also cost myself more money due to commuting cost. I do not believe that my two weeks notice can be rescinded from my current employer, what options I do have.

Speak with your current employer to see what options you have as far as rescinding your notice. Then it's a judgment call: accept the extra commute time, etc. Next time get it all in writing and run by a business attorney. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
