access to partnership records
3 member LLC, 1 dissociated partner. Dissociated member has the current tax records and other business records that will partnership needs in a timely manner, due to upcoming tax deadlines and other business matters. There has been 1 formal written request for these items, with no response in a month. The records are partnership property and access to them is required for all partners at all reasonable times, right? How can we obtain these records if he won't cooperate?

Re: access to partnership records
Morning:
Why does the dissociated partner have the tax records (in LLCs they are termed members)? Was this the managing member? I am also not sure what you mean by disocciated. Did this member withdraw, was their interest purchases, were they removed?
Without more information it is impossible to say. Ultimately, you could file suit for the records. Talk to an attorney.
