accident
I have a personal training company, I meet a potential new client and we drive in his car to my studio so I can train him. If he gets into an accident on the way there, can my company be held liable for his injurys and damage to his vehicle?

Re: accident
From your facts, it would be very difficult to prove that your corporation was liable for any injury. The fact that the driver was neither your employee nor your contractor, but, rather, a customer, would tend to strengthen your position unless you did something which in fact caused the accident.
