Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
Basic Payment Contract
I am the owner of a Title Insurance Company. I start working with Marketing Rep. who will provide MARKETING services for me. Marketing Representative will be paid $200 for every deal we process AND close. Marketing Representative will be paid the same day I receive the funds from Lender. So, I need just a basic contract that SHOWS THE PAYMENT INFORMATION. Example: Marketing Representative will be paid $200 the same day of Funding for every deal Title company closes.

Re: Basic Payment Contract
You should contact a real estate attorney to draft the contract.
I would be sure that any contract properly covers your liability if such marketing or activities violates any of a number of Colorado and federal laws regarding real estate settlement and financial services. Good luck.
