Do I need to apply for A small buisness license to work for myself as an adult entertainer.

It really depends on the local jurisdiction. The local jurisidiction, whether county or city may require some type of license.
If you are hiring yourself out then you are like any other business and you may form a business and obtain a tax license from the state. As a self employed individual you will have to pay quarterly taxes.
