Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
My business partner, and girlfriend of several years, recently decided to fabricate a story about domestic abuse and get a restraining order against me. She has been rapidly selling off assets from the businesses and my personal belongings to pay debts. Many of these assets were purchased by me personal or through a company that only I worked in when purchased. Before she did this she cut off my access to the bank accounts, email, accounting program and removed all records from the property, both business and personal. Is there a way to get an injunction to stop her, and to force her to hand over all records (even in duplicate so she still has them) so that who should own what can be determined?

You need to hire an attorney now. You may have replevin and injunction claims, but if you don't take them now many of these assets may be gone. Our office has done these actions before and this needs to be acted on quickly. Email if you have questions.
