Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
I was in charge of running a youth wrestling program. I had to get my own EIN, and start a business checking account at a bank. We practiced in a highschool gym. Now the coaches of the highschool want to try to put a law suit against me for "embezzeling." I don't understand why they think they can do that. If everything is in my name and my social security number. Please help.
