Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
clothing company
A friend and I recently decided to start a clothing company. We don't want our own store, we just want to sell our shirts to other businesses. What kind of license would we have to get in order to just sell our clothing to other businesses, so that they can resell them? Thanks for the help

Re: clothing company
About the only license you may wish to get is a resale license. Although technically not necessary, it will be helpful in purchasing supplies from a vendor at wholesale prices.
