Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
According to Colorado law, does a creditor of a Corporation have any right to inspect/request its books and records?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Creditors normally have no rights to inspect a corporation's books and records. Of course, an inspection right may have been provided for in some agreement used by the creditor and agreed to by the corporation. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
