Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
My commercial lease space is less than I signed in agreement. What Shall I do? They are charging for cam according to sq. ft. I have in agreement .Cam charge has gone up by almost double this year. Can I ask them to show all the details for cam charge? Can I force them legally,to reduce cam because of exact (less)sq. ft.?

Your rights depend on your lease. A well written lease that protected your interests would have include audit rights and repayment of that audit if the cam was excessive.
Retain an attorney to review the lease and advise on next steps.
