Does my ex-boss have to pay me after I've been let go for the commission I earned on sales I made while employed?

Re: Commission pay after being fired
Assuming it is fully earned, vested, and determinable, it is due immediately.
Review the handbook http://www.coworkforce.com/LAB/AB.pdf under commissions and the applicable statutes.
You may want to call an attorney if they don't pay because you may have a wage claim which allows for treble damages. Your rights will depend on various facts.
