Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
contract with used car dealer
I traded my vehicle with a used car dealer for a newer model. Paperwork signed and brought new car home. Car dealer has not signed title over to me yet. Said they would in less than 30 days. They want to go back on their deal. I don't want to. Can they legally make me go back on this contract?
