We have a contract with a housing Builder for 2 years. Now the Builder is having everyone rebid, to take lower prices. Can they legally do this?

Re: Contract changes
It all depends on the terms of the contract. Bring the contract to an attorney for review.

Re: Contract changes
I need more info from you. Are you a subcontractor? A property owner? I think it would difficult to give good advice without seeing your contract.
