I like to know if you have counter claim forms for the state of Colorado

Morning,
The short answer is no. There are no forms and what you need is to understand the possible claims, the respective elements, the remedies and what you want the court to grant you.
Either head to a law school library and get practice books on Colorado procedure, forms and claims or talk to an attorney. Just for advice on what claims you may have or basic assistance would not be that much. You can still pursue or defend the matter yourself. Good luck.
