Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
Creating a product with a club or an individuals picture
I would like to create a poster and maybe other products for sale using the likeness of certian groups of people. Specifically, these groups are amatuer sporting teams, who compete on a national and international level. My question is what is the legality of using thier likeness, and do I need their permission? Also, would they be entitled to profits if the sale of these items were successful. Thanks for your time.
