Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
Financial
I own a plumbing company and I have recently fallen behind on one of my suppliers. My question is do they have the right to call my builders and tell them our financial business? I am 30 days past due on some invoices. We have always paid our suppliers when we get paid. This company is threatening to lean my builders and I don't understand this completely.

Re: Financial
Morning,
Suppliers can file a lien against the property. You should contact them to make arrangements.
Contact a construction attorney if there are issues. Good luck.
