Where can I find a lawyer to read over a contract for the purchase of a small business? I am in the process of purchasing a business but the day I was suppose to sign the people changed the contract I want someone to read and let me know if I should make any changes.

I can review contracts and my hourly rate is $295.
My office is in Frisco, Colorado, but I represent many people via email.
You can speak with an experienced business attorney. Our office has represented buyers and sellers in these matters. If they changed the contract that is considered a new offer. You should be clear about all the issues and options and you should have already completed all the necessary due diligence to make sure there are no surprises as part of this purchase.
