Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
I gave a check as a downpayment and was told I could get financed with an open bankruptcy and now the dealership wants the trucks back after one month of having the vehicle because they could not get if financed. Dealership states they didn't get my wire transfer in the amount of 2500.00 what can I do?
1 Answer from Attorneys
As a Franchise Attorney I recommend you show the contract you signed to an attorney in your area. Does it provide for what's happening if the dealership is unable to get financing? It seems whether or not they received a wire transfer is easy enough to prove. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
