Do not be fooled into thinking that incorporating in another state (be it Nevada, Delaware, so on) is some magic manner to avoid taxation. If your business makes money in Colorado it will be taxed by Colorado. Where you incorporate has no impact on this. Don't believe the hype and talk to professionals.
