Internet advertising
Can we be protected if business owner accepts the terms of agreement for both Ad display and agreed upon fees for Ad ..online? Or do they have to sign a printed out document?

Good morning,
I would not advise that you do a "click-wrap" agreement in this situation without advice of counsel.
This form of agreement is not that expensive and is well worth the cost in comparison to the possible problems using a poorly drafted or conceived agreement you just cut-and-paste.
