Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
IRS help
Has anyone else had to deal with the IRS directly trying to get on a payment plan. If so could I please get some advise on what my best options would be? I currently owe about $71,000 in back payroll taxes.
Thanks,
Jeremy

Re: IRS help
Morning,
Consider filing an offer in compromise. Get the form and see if you qualify first. Go to the IRS website.
As for payment plans, they will always accept payment, the issue is the amount. The IRS has loads of weapons to get your money, so you are best off acting quickly and try to negotiate some arrangement or offer. Good luck.
