Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
Legal charge
my lawyer overlooked basic law. I sued a lender amd they countersued me but I settled with third party to whom they sold my loan(with all rights). My lawyer has spent 50 hrs defending lenders countersuit and only just discovered, thru another lawyer, that we need not have done so as they (my original lender) has no legal standing to countersue as they sold the loan with all rights
