Limited Liability Company and adding a member
I have established an LLC and would like to add a member but want to make sure I retain control of the company. What should I do to assure this?

Re: Limited Liability Company and adding a member
Morning,
I cannot state this more emphatically: get a good written operating agreement. You now have 2 members and may have more. If you do not have a written operating agreement that covers voting, finances, dispute resolution, termination and other matters, you are just asking for trouble down the road.
Contact an attorney to draft the agreement. Good luck.
