Is it illegal to serve non-alcholic beverages in glasses with liqour or beer logos?

I have never heard that. To my knowledge, it is not a criminal violation of any law. However, if you are running a commercial establishment and using the logos in a way that the logo owner thinks damages its trademark rights, you might be subject to a civil suit.
