Do I need to have "LLC" in my logo?

No, that is not required. You, however, are advised to make sure that all contracts, documents, checks, and other contracts, documents, and policies, so on, use the entire legal name as provided in the articles.
You should also follow all formalities and maintain a written operating agreement to make sure to maintain the limited liability shield. Finally, if this LLC has several members, you MUST have a comprehensive operating agreement. Good luck on your venture.
